What you'll learn

  • Create a catalogue and name what one entry is
  • Add tracking to every listing link
  • Add items one by one or import a CSV
  • Keep item statuses up to date so only available stock is posted

Before you start

Nothing to set up first. You can follow this guide straight away.

Step by step

Follow along in the app. Tick each step off as you go.

STEP 1 of 6

Click Catalogues in the left sidebar. Each catalogue shows the brand it belongs to, how many entries it holds, and how many are still available to post.

Name & entry type

Enter a Name, then fill in What is one entry? with a singular, lowercase word like property, product, vehicle or blend. This word goes into the writing, so posts say this blend instead of this item.

The app uses your word too.

Buttons, search and counts follow it, such as Add blend and Search blends.

Track every click

Optionally fill in Link tracking. It's added to every listing link, and the platform, automation and item placeholders show which posts sent you enquiries. Click Create catalogue when you're done.

Status keeps it honest

Each item shows its description, details like price, its status and where it is in the posting order. Filter by Available, Reserved or Sold. Only available items are ever posted, so click Mark sold or Re-list as your stock changes.

Ready to post?

Point an Auto Schedule at this catalogue. It posts each available entry once, in order, then waits for new ones.

  • Available, Reserved, Sold
  • Mark sold or Re-list in one click

Questions people ask

Will Feedlio make up details about my items?

No. Posts use only the details you gave each entry, and each available entry is posted once, in order.

Are sold items ever posted?

No. Only available items are posted. Use Mark sold when something sells, and Re-list to make it available again.

What happens when every item has been posted?

The schedule waits for new entries. Add more items or re-list existing ones to keep posting.

Does re-importing a CSV create duplicates?

No. Items are matched by their reference, so re-importing updates existing items instead of adding copies.

How do I post from a catalogue?

Create an Auto Schedule and choose Your own catalogues as the subject, or use the Catalogue showcase template in Campaign Builder.
